There is garden and a cobbled driveway to the front, views over a conservation area to the rear and a spacious screened pool area comprising of high quality furniture and a generously sized Lanai.

Newly Built

InterSun Villa was finished being built and thoroughly furnished to the highest standard in May 2006, it is located in a brand new development of Luxury Executive properties. The property boasts many upgrades to the standard spec including tiled floor throughout, heated swimming pool and a hot tub. The 2 Master Bedrooms both have en-suite facilities and the main Master bedroom has its own patio doors right out to the pool area.

Ideal Location

The vacation home is located off Highway 27 in a town called Davenport, which is slightly South-West of Orlando. Everything is accessible within 15 minutes, even the main shopping strip 'International Drive', many Championship Golf Courses, Restaurants, more shops and of course all the Major Attractions.
